- 1 Comprehensive exam
- 2 Dental Prophylactic Cleanings
- 2 Dental exams
- 1 set of (4) bitewing x-rays
- 1 Fluoride treatment
- Full mouth series X-Rays & Panoramic X-Rays - 50% off
- 15% off additional cleanings & restorative treatment
- Initial savings for a new patient a minimum of $270 for the year!
You will receive 15% off all treatment plans including sealants, fillings, crowns, and periodontal treatment. Bite splints will receive a 10% discount. Implant fixtures will receive a 7% discount.
Orthodontics is not a covered benefit.
